The Fourth Stall
By Chris Rylander

The Fourth Stall is a thrilling action book that will scare
you at some points, and make you laugh at other times. Christian “Mac” Barrett,
a normal 6th grader, runs a secret business at school where he helps
students out- for a fee, of course. He runs the business from the fourth stall
from the window in the boy’s restroom in the East Wing of the school. His
employees include his best friend, Vince, and his strongman, Joe. But one day,
a third grader named Fred comes in and asks for protection from Staples, a teen
who had dropped out of school, became a delinquent, started a gambling ring,
and is known for the horrific legends that pass through town all the time. Mac
is shocked to hear that Staples is a real person, but he will be even more
shocked in the events and ordeals to come, leading to the near destruction of
his business, friends, and life. The Fourth Stall is not recommended for
children younger than the age of 12, due to violence and some slight swearing
(only a couple of words that aren't THAT bad).
